This 1.5 inch belt is made with Bridle Butt Leather with D shaped, Box shaped or Fireman’s Solid Brass Buckle.
The belts are made with vegetable tanned leather and fitted with solid brass or copper buckle and fixed with copper saddlers rivets which once combined gives a belt of high quality and is long lasting.
Size
Get the right size for you! this can be done in two ways:
1. Measure your waist at the point where your belt normally sits.
2. Measure your most comfortable belt from the end of the leather at the buckle end to your most comfortable belt hole.
Please don't assume your trouser size is correct as our belts are very sturdy and need an honest and accurate measurement.

The Leather options are as follows:
Traditional full vegetable tanned English bridle butt. Hand worked and tallow waxed to give a strong, smooth and hard wearing finish. Available in standard black, Australian nut and dark havana. Currently we have the Dark Havana Bridle Butt produced by Metropolitan Leather of Northampton, I would relate this belt to a good pair of walking boots which need breaking in before they become part of you.
Australian Nut and Black Leather are produced by J & F J Baker have been Oak Bark tanning since 1862 at a tannery that dates back to Roman times. Generations of knowledge have perfected our process to produce beautiful, hardwearing and unique leather with superior tensile strength. Using all natural, locally, and sustainably sourced materials each piece of leather takes over a year to produce and many hours of labour-intensive work.
The Buckles
These are made by Abbey England at their Walsall foundry which is home to a number of highly skilled craftsmen who produce high quality belt buckles, saddlery accessories. Casting predominantly in Brass, but also Pewter, Aluminium Bronze, Aluminium, Copper and recently Eco Brass. Abbey England have held a Royal warrant since 1995 as supplier of saddlery workshop materials to HM The Queen
